You are very special and very valuable, your Father also loves your body… after all, He created you, He knows better than you what is good and bad for you… no matter how old we are, we must maintain an attitude of learning and willingness to experience more. This is a sign of humility, and through it His grace flows… His grace leaves us when we want to do our own will, but it comes and stays as soon as we do His will…

Some things will be easy to imitate, but I know from my own experience that the power of habit, poor lifestyle choices, poor nutrition, and lack of exercise can be very strong, and that change is not always easy to implement quickly. But let’s get started… and often it’s the small, seemingly unimportant things that trigger an enormous increase in well-being. I have experienced this many times in my own life.
However, it is important that you take responsibility for yourself and check, with the help of a doctor if necessary, what is good and desirable for your needs. Based on the Bible and the example that JESUS set for us, we know that miracles and healings are no problem for him, and I personally believe in the supernatural healing power of God that works here on earth through his Spirit. However, that is not the subject of these pages. Instead, we want to encourage you to be more disciplined and take responsibility for yourself… to love your body and your whole being by treating yourself well…
For this, we need God’s help… that is why I am praying for you right now, as you read these lines… that HE may give you the strength and power to transform your lifestyle into a healthy and good one… he loves YOU… that is why you have ended up here…
